I-270 (ZH), A.I.Mikoyan/M.I.Gurevich


T
he I-270(ZH) was a rocket-powered target defence all-metal fighter, with thin straight wings and a T-tail. Aircraft was equipped with pressurized cockpit for high altitude operations. Prototypes carried no weapons.
Both prototypes were destroyed by reasons not related to aircraft construction.
