Neuport aircraft in Russia

his family of aircraft was named after pilot and designer Edward Neuport, who built his first (and very successful!) aircraft in 1910. Shortly a company was founded, that started series production of one of the best planes of their time.
Russian Military Management purchased virtually every type of 'Neuport', since 1912 mass production started in Russia. More than 1,000 'Neuports' were built in Russia until 1920. Some served as trainers until 1925.
